This product is mainly used for modification of resins and coatings. Co-polymerised with other acrylic monomers, the resulting resin can contain active hydroxyl groups. React with melamine-formaldehyde (or urea-formaldehyde) resins, epoxy resins, etc., for the manufacture of two-component coatings. It can be added into the paint of high-class cars to keep mirror luster for a long time. It can also be used as synthetic textile adhesive and medical polymer monomer.
